Premier Wine Training is offering over €1,500 worth of bursaries for its WSET wine courses. Two bursaries are for WSET Intermediate Certificate courses (worth €425 each), and one for the WSET Advanced Certificate course (worth €695).
The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) is the “leading provider of vocational training in the UK” and around the world, according to Robert Parker. WSET offers a structured wine education programme for wine enthusiasts, and its qualifications are recognised globally.
Premier Wine Training has just published dates for its Autumn/Spring schedule. Premier Wine Training is an approved provider of WSET wine courses, and is operated by Maureen O’Hara. Wine courses are held in Dublin city centre. Distance learning courses are also available.
To apply, outline in 200 words or less “What I will gain from a WSET wine course.” Bursaries will be awarded to the three applicants who show the most potential to benefit from attending a course.

The bursaries are open to all ROI residents. Applications should be received before Monday 5th September 2011. Bursary awards will be announced on Wednesday 7th September, on Premier Wine Training’s website. Please note that bursaries may be awarded to students who have already registered. If you plan on taking a course, it is advisable to secure your place first, as places are limited.
